Key purpose to enable participants:
  • to gain a better understanding of the constitutional principles;
  • to appreciate how they are expected to render their public services in compliance with the ethos of the constitution;
  • to engender a spirit of loyalty to the Constitution in the manner they carry themselves and perform their work
  • To build a culture of value based delivery and service excellence
Target audience: 
This programme targets public officials, people who are employed by the state in all spheres of government at all levels
Key learning outcomes:
  • Understand the constitutional founding provisions;
  • Understand the constitutional principles underpinning various facets of the public service;

Employment Equity:
 
Legal, Ethical and Moral Obligations (One Day Workshop)

Compliance and ethical/moral obligations to Employment Equity (EE)- a programme to assist public and private institutions/organisations to comply with their EE legal and ethical/moral obligations.
The programme is made up of one day workshops to highlight, among other things,recent legislative amendments and their implications for the institutions/organisations.

Key purpose: To enable participants to:
  • Be up to speed with the latest amendments to the Employment Equity Act
  • Engage with employment equity beyond mere legislative compliance and reporting
  • Critically assess strategies for implementation of EE Plans
Target audience: 
This programme targets public officials, and private sector institutions

Key learning outcomes:
  • Understand the implications and obligations of the Employment Equity Act, as amended
  • Appreciate Employment Equity as a strategic component of business
  • Creative and innovative implementation strategies and change processes
