A total of
100 original art works by Ekurhuleni young people will be on display at the Springs
Art Gallery to commemorate the Human Rights Day on March 21.
New
graduates from the Ekurhuleni Art Development School
and Art As Healing Classes will exhibit their work to tell a story
of human rights and children. The graduates have gone through a three-month
course in arts studies.
The exhibition will also feature live music
performances, poetry, Bill
of Rights workshop, as well as children fun-filled arts activities.
The
Ekurhuleni Human Rights Exhibition is expected to run until Saturday, May 09.
Art lovers
are free to visit the gallery from Monday to Friday 08:00 until 16:30 and
Saturday 08:00 until 12:00 for free.
