The John Wesley Community Centre (JWCC) held a graduation ceremony for students who finished short winter courses recently. Thirty six students received their certificates in computer science and life skills development programmes.
The JWCC also offers tuition in home based care. Nokuthula Keke, Thandeka Nkosi, Matshego Mahlo and Nomsa Maseko were outstanding students, according to Busi Ngwenya, a facilitator at the JWCC. 'We were privileged to have had the aforementioned students with us," Ngwenya said. "It was a pleasure to work with them. It was also an honour to listen to wise words from our ward councilor, Masele Madihlaba and Mandla Dlamini from the community development work."
